The work: Goal-oriented engagement focusing on “How will you be different? What will change for you?” The real work happens between our sessions as you integrate insights into your daily leadership.

The work: Regular check-ins create continuity and depth, while ad-hoc access ensures support when critical moments arise. We work on whatever is most present—strategy, relationships, decisions, or simply processing the weight of leadership.

Format: 16 sessions over 12 months (monthly 60-minute sessions + up to 4 ad-hoc sessions or inter-session communication) | Virtual or in-person

Leadership Themes and Shared Learning

An accessible path to transformation through the power of peer learning. Each participant receives individual coaching in a group setting—you’re coached 1:1 while others witness and learn. The result: you gain clarity on your challenges while discovering you’re not alone, learning from others’ breakthroughs, and building a community of leaders on similar journeys.

Who it’s for: Leaders at any level seeking personal growth, skill development, and peer connection around specific leadership themes

The work: Each cohort focuses on an overarching leadership topic. You address your specific challenges related to that theme, develop skills between sessions, and become resourceful through shared learning and diverse perspectives.

Format: 12 bi-weekly 90-minute sessions in cohorts of 6 participants | Virtual

I’m an International Coaching Federation (ICF) credentialed coach (ACC), and embody a coaching mindset of continuous growth and development. I engage in monthly mentor coaching and supervision at PCC level—to ensure my coaching meets ICF professional standards and to navigate the complexity this work demands, so I can serve my clients with the depth and clarity they deserve.

My approach draws from visual coaching methodologies (Points of You), integral psychology and philosophy (Wilber’s developmental frameworks), leadership facilitation tools (Management 3.0, Agile Leadership), and 30+ years of developing individuals, teams, and organizations—from early training and facilitation work through C-level leadership roles.

I serve as Country Leader for Morphosis Coaching Indonesia and Director of Membership for the ICF Jakarta Charter Chapter, supporting the development of professional coaching standards and practice in the region.
