When everything you’ve tried stops working
You’ve followed the playbook. Built the skills. Delivered results. But something fundamental has shifted—and the strategies that got you here aren’t working anymore. What if the answer isn’t another framework, but a different version of you?
How I Work with Leaders
Transformation doesn’t happen in the mind alone. It happens when we engage all of who we are—our thinking, our emotions, our bodies, our relationships, our sense of purpose, and how we integrate it all. Most leaders I work with are cognitively brilliant but have learned to override their emotional signals, disconnect from their bodies, and compartmentalize their personal and professional lives. That strategy eventually stops working.
My approach is human-centered and integral. We work with what’s present—your leadership challenges, yes, but also what’s happening in your body, your relationships, your sense of meaning. Because these aren’t separate domains. How you show up at work is inseparable from who you are becoming as a human being. The question isn’t about doing more or acquiring new skills. It’s about becoming more—expanding your capacity to perceive, to respond, to lead from a place of wholeness rather than depletion.
This philosophy is rooted in decades of leadership experience where I’ve seen people grow not through pressure but through being truly seen, through patience, and through creating conditions for readiness. I learned that we shape our own realities—that curiosity and openness reveal opportunities in every moment. I also learned to be resourceful: others have faced what you’re facing and found ways through. We don’t reinvent the wheel. We explore what’s worked for others, then discover what works for you in your specific context.
Practically, this means I draw from a broad repertoire: visual metaphor work and image-based reflection for accessing insight beyond words, breathwork and somatic practices for reconnecting with your body’s wisdom, and reflective exercises that create space for genuine clarity. I also integrate AI-informed coaching—not as a replacement for human connection, but as an additional resource for reflection, sense-making, and action-shaping between our sessions. Understanding both the possibilities and current limitations of AI allows us to extend your resourcefulness beyond traditional mentoring approaches.
The invitation is to work at the edge of your comfort zone, with full support, until you discover that becoming more—not doing more—is what creates the breakthrough you’re seeking.

Who I Work With
I work with leaders at critical junctures—those facing challenges that can’t be solved with another strategy or skill set, but require fundamental shifts in how they lead and who they’re becoming.
Senior Leaders & Executives
You’re navigating relentless pressure from key stakeholders, finding that approaches that built your career have stopped working, or carrying significant responsibility while feeling your contributions go unacknowledged. Perhaps you’re leading through major transformation while your own role feels increasingly uncertain, or making decisions that affect hundreds while feeling profoundly isolated.
Founders & Entrepreneurs
You’ve built something significant but now question whether you’re still the right person to lead it forward. The patterns that got you here are showing their limits, and the complexity you’re facing requires a different version of you.
Leaders in Transition
You’re considering leaving an environment that no longer allows you to thrive, stepping into a new organization where cultural dynamics feel foreign, or redefining what leadership means after years of playing by rules that never quite fit. The transition isn’t just about the next role—it’s about who you’re becoming.
Cultural Context
My practice is global but rooted locally. Most of my clients are Indonesian and Asian leaders navigating multinational corporate cultures, who value working with someone who understands both Western organizational dynamics and the nuances of leading effectively in Asian contexts. Western leaders working in Asia appreciate my experience successfully leading local teams and bridging cultural complexity.
Who This Work Is For
Leaders ready to go deeper than tactics and frameworks—who recognize that the breakthrough they need requires transforming not just what you do, but who you are.

While many clients come from insurance and financial services—where I spent more than a decade in senior and executive roles—I currently work with CEOs, founders, and leaders across sectors. The principles of transformation remain constant: reconnecting with humanity, discovering what you didn’t know, and choosing where your leadership truly belongs.
