What if doing more isn’t the answer — but becoming more is?
That question guides my work with leaders and organizations in crisis. I work with those facing immense pressure—leaders who feel overlooked, trapped in toxic relationships, or losing their grip on life and professional purpose.
True transformation doesn’t come from pushing harder or adding more tools. It comes from growing awareness, shifting perspectives, and becoming the kind of leader others want to follow.

My Journey: From Technology to Transformation
I started as a software engineer, fascinated by elegant code and complex systems. But managing teams and rescuing failing projects taught me something crucial: human connection matters more than technical brilliance.
I entered the global insurance industry in a leading tech role leading digital and organizational transformations. This advanced into a C-level role. Yet the most impactful part? For two years, I served as an internal coach alongside my CIO responsibilities.
That dual role gave me a revelation: By listening to leaders across the organization in confidential coaching conversations, I could see systemic patterns invisible to everyone else. I discovered coaching’s power extends far beyond individual growth—it transforms entire systems.
The pandemic hit.
My leadership style—based on proximity and presence—suddenly didn’t work. Everyone was remote. I felt like I was flying blind.
That crisis became my turning point.
I pursued professional coach education and realized what had energized me throughout my entire career wasn’t the technology or results—it was watching people grow.
So I made a choice: step out of corporate life and dedicate myself fully to transformation, focusing on those who are struggling or suffering.
How I Work with Leaders in Crisis
I partner with leaders and teams to unlock hidden potential, strengthen trust, and create cultures that enable genuine growth.
My approach is human-centered and holistic, blending systemic awareness, somatic practice, and mindful presence. I create reflective spaces where leaders—particularly those in crisis—can pause, realign, and grow.
I’m especially effective with:
- Executive leaders who are challenged beyond the normal limits by key stakeholders.
- Senior leaders who feel overlooked or unacknowledged despite their contribution.
- Teams under pressure to perform while struggling with trust or communication.
- Organizations navigating transformation, cultural tension, or leadership transition.
My strength as a catalyst has always been spotting potential in those who feel defeated. I help them shift from friction to flow, from managing performance to enabling transformation.
Recent example: A senior director was convinced she was “done” after being systematically undermined by her CEO. Within six months of coaching, she not only rebuilt her confidence but negotiated a complete role redesign that leveraged her true strengths. Today, she’s thriving and mentoring others through similar challenges.

My Background
Originally from Germany, based in Jakarta, Indonesia. I coach fluently in English, German, and Indonesian, serving clients across Asia and Europe.
Outside coaching, I’m an endurance athlete—marathoner, cyclist, and ultra-trail runner. Like coaching, endurance sports teach you that transformation isn’t about one heroic sprint. It’s about pacing yourself, pushing through discomfort, and discovering you’re capable of more than you imagined.
